Project Brief

Ten minutes that make the first conversation a real one

Most first calls are spent gathering facts. Fill this in beforehand and we can spend that time on your garden instead. Nothing here commits you to anything, and no question is required except your name and email.

What is in scope

Which words describe the garden you want

A Pinterest board or shared album link. You can also email photographs after sending this.

Construction, materials and planting, excluding design fees. An honest range is what lets us design something you will actually build.

Your brief is read by the studio, never shared, and used only to answer you. Discretion is house law: we sign NDAs on request and never publish a client's property without written consent. See our Privacy Policy.

Fair Questions

Before you fill it in

Does sending this commit me to anything?

No. It is a brief, not a contract. You will get a written response with an honest view of what your project involves, and you decide whether to go further.

Why do you ask about budget?

Because a garden designed for the wrong number is wasted work for both of us. A range is enough. If you genuinely do not know, choose the last option and we will tell you what your project should cost before you commit to anything.

What if I do not know the answers yet?

Skip them. Only your name and email are required. Half a brief is still far more than most first conversations start with.

I would rather just talk first.

Then send a short inquiry instead. Email is always free, and we reply within one business day.
