We collect only the information you choose to send us:
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics that identify you personally. To know which page or campaign brought you here, your browser keeps a note of the first page you visited and any campaign tags in the link (for example, utm_source), and sends it with a form only if you submit one. Our hosting provider may collect standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to maintain business records, after which it is deleted.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@atelierverte.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Beyond data protection, discretion is a working rule of the atelier. We do not publish photographs, drawings, names or addresses of client properties without written consent, we share references only with their owners' permission, and we are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before your first consultation.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you send us, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act.
Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
